As part of the Ajawid 4 initiative, the Applied College Club in Muhayil, in cooperation with the Deanship of Student Affairs for Student Activities at King Khalid University, organized the “Building the Human Community Asset” camp on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at the college theater and Building D hall. The camp included a specialized workshop on the concepts and structure of building the human community asset, accompanied by an exhibition titled “Building Impact.” The event ran from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and aimed to define the fundamental concepts and procedural steps for building the human community asset. The camp witnessed the participation of approximately 200 students from the college and nearby schools, highlighting the role of educational and interactive programs in instilling community values and collective responsibility.

The session, led by Dr. Mohammed Hussein Al-Fifi, engaged over 50 students who actively participated through questions and discussions in an interactive environment that explored the difference between creativity and innovation, the importance of design thinking as a methodology for understanding problems before moving to solutions, and elements of model building and integrated teamwork. The session also highlighted inspiring examples from global companies, including Elon Musk’s approach to talent selection, Jeff Bezos’s customer-obsession culture at Amazon, and Jack Ma’s perseverance as founder of Alibaba, concluding with rich discussions emphasizing the importance of nurturing a generation that innovates solutions rather than waits for them, recognizing the role of national minds in development and progress.
