‏The Nursing College Club in Abha, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs for Female Students, organized the “Nursing Creativity and Excellence” competition on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, in Auditorium 6 at King Khalid University in Khamis Mushait. The competition aimed to enhance students’ scientific and cognitive skills, raise professional awareness, and develop analytical skills in the nursing field. The competition consisted of three interactive rounds, and at the end, the Nursing College of Abha secured first place, followed by the Nursing College of Mahayel in second place and the Nursing College of Khamis Mushait in third place.

The program featured a variety of activities, beginning with the recitation of Quranic verses, followed by the national anthem, and then a poem celebrating the joy of Eid. The event included several booths, such as a welcoming booth distributing gifts to the students, a booth for physical competitions, a booth for arts and creativity, along with other entertainment booths.

‏The College of Applied Medical Sciences Club in Abha, in collaboration with the Vice Deanship of Student Affairs for Female Students, organized an awareness event titled “Women’s Health First” on Thursday, April 10, 2025, at the Eleventh Secondary School in Abha, starting at 10:00 AM. During the event, the students presented various awareness booths focusing on important health topics such as thyroid health, blood health, and general women’s health, as well as a blood type testing booth and a fun, interactive health quiz segment. The event saw a notable turnout, with around 200 beneficiaries, reflecting the positive engagement from the students and the educational community.

The event began with registration and virtual preparatory workshops during Ramadan, followed by guided sessions to develop ideas and business models. It concluded with project presentations before a judging panel who praised the outcomes, in the presence of university leaders and the honoring of winning teams.
