The College of Nursing in Khamis Mushait organized the event “Your Food, Your Medicine” on Thursday, November 6, 2025, in partnership with the College of Pharmacy Club and in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs – Student Activities. The event featured three specialized awareness stations covering vital signs assessment, healthy nutrition, and first aid, achieving notable engagement from the Deanship staff, students of both colleges, faculty members, and visitors, thereby enhancing participants’ health awareness and practical skills.

The Applied College Club in Muha’il, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs – Student Activities, organized its fourth specialized event titled “Administrative Digitization” on Sunday, November 9, 2025, corresponding to 18 Jumada I 1447 AH. The event aimed to highlight the role of digitization in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of management and project functions across various business organizations, emphasizing the high level of digitization in governmental administrative operations in the Kingdom. The event was held in the Modern Building Activities Hall 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with participation from over 60 students of various college disciplines, showcasing active engagement and interest in applying digital management concepts.

College of Law Club and Science Ambassadors Club Host Dialogue on Rhetoric and Literature to Enhance Legal Skills

The College of Law Club, in collaboration with the Central Science Ambassadors Club and the Deanship of Student Affairs at King Khalid University, hosted Professor Mohammed Al-Omari (Abu Al-Tayeb) in a dialogue session titled “The Role of Rhetoric and Literature for Legal Professionals” on Sunday, 18 Jumada I 1447 AH – November 9, 2025, at the Central Library, Al-Faraa. The session highlighted the importance of rhetoric and language in enhancing legal professionals’ persuasive skills and drafting of arguments, demonstrating how linguistic expression strengthens advocacy and legal reasoning, with an audience exceeding 120 students who actively engaged with the insightful ideas connecting literature and law, reflecting the fruitful collaboration between the College of Law Club and the Science Ambassadors Club to enrich students’ academic and cultural understanding.

“Mashura” Event at College of Pharmacy in Khamis Mushait Promotes Mental Health Medication Awareness

The College of Pharmacy Club in Khamis Mushait, in partnership with the College of Nursing Club and in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs, organized the “Mashura” event on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at Lavenda Park Complex. The event aimed to raise social awareness about the proper use of mental health medications and caution against misuse that may lead to addiction, including guidance on medications that may trigger suicidal thoughts. A dedicated counseling corner was supervised by faculty members, with the attendance of the college vice deans, faculty members, representatives from the Deanship of Student Affairs, and students, highlighting the university’s commitment to combining health education with student and community engagement.
