The Digital Technology Club, in collaboration with the Computer Science Club, organized an educational camp titled “Robotics Camp” from September 28–30, 2025, at the Robotics Hall – College of Computer Science (Al-Qaraa), under the supervision of Dr. Amir Al-Rashid. The camp focused on the fundamentals of building and controlling robots, with practical sessions covering the design and programming of various robots such as line-following cars and obstacle-avoiding robots, in addition to Bluetooth and infrared control applications, emphasizing speed and precision in execution. The camp concluded on Wednesday with a closing ceremony where students showcased their creative projects, and outstanding projects were honored for their design quality and innovation, reflecting participants’ passion for robotics and dedication to developing their technical skills.

The Thinking and Creativity Club at the Deanship of Student Affairs, in collaboration with the Design Thinking Center, organized the “Asir Is Our Destination” event for female students on Thursday, September 2, 2025. The event aimed to foster creative thinking, develop entrepreneurial skills, and connect innovation with local identity and community. It featured four inspiring entrepreneurial projects presented by guest specialists in sports, entrepreneurship, tourism, and sign language, alongside five creative booths organized by students showcasing Asiri coffee, artistic creativity, identity and belonging, and student media platforms. Interactive discussions and dialogues enhanced critical thinking and communication skills, fulfilling the club’s objectives of empowering students and strengthening their role in community and creative projects.
