‏King Khalid University students, supported by the Deanship of Student Affairs, participated in the eighth edition of the “Ambassadors of Moderation” program hosted by Taibah University in Madinah. The program aims to promote values of moderation and balance, reinforce national belonging, and contribute to spreading awareness and human development.

‏The Deanship of Student Affairs, through the Student Affairs Agency for Female Students and under the supervision of the Saudi Federation for University Sports, organized the “Sports Exchange Meeting” on Thursday, April 17, 2025. The event saw the active participation of 16 female students from King Khalid University and Ibn Rushd College of Administrative Sciences. The students competed in football, basketball, hockey, and table football matches, creating an atmosphere of competition and creativity, with a spirit of collaboration and sports exchange among the participants.

‏King Khalid University’s team, supported by the Deanship of Student Affairs, participated in the Saudi University Sports Federation’s Futsal Championship in its 15th season, held at Qassim University from April 15 to 19, 2025.

‏King Khalid University, supported by the Deanship of Student Affairs, participated in the “Women’s Volleyball Championship” organized by the Saudi University Sports Federation in its 15th season. The event took place at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University in Dammam, from April 15 to 19, 2025.

The Sports Activities Department, in cooperation with the College of Nursing Club in Muhayil Asir, and in partnership with the Life is More Beautiful
 Club, organized a sports and educational event. The event included an awareness lecture given by swimming coach Asmaa on the importance of warming up before swimming. She explained the stages of mastering swimming, with a summary of the different types of swimming. This was followed by practical training that included warm-up exercises, floating exercises, and basic swimming techniques, in addition to training students on jumping. The skills were presented in a manner appropriate to each student's level, and interactive competitions were held between the students.

‏The Pharmacy Club organized the “Color Splash” event on Wednesday, April 7, 2025, filled with vibrant colors and joy. The event was divided into various Zones, including the Sparkling Zone, which hosted a group coloring activity, the Chill Zone for free-style painting, the Photo Zone for capturing beautiful moments, the Fun Zone for recreational activities, and the Mimic Zone where participants could replicate artistic drawings.

‏In a new achievement, and with the support of the Deanship of Student Affairs, King Khalid University secured second place in the Women’s Karate Championship (+68 kg category), organized by the Saudi University Sports Federation and hosted by the University of Tabuk. Student Lina Asiri won the silver medal, ranking second among 74 competitors in the championship.

‏With the participation of 90 students, the student organizing team at the Deanship of Student Affairs at King Khalid University continued its effective role in organizing university events. The team contributed to supporting the “Career Guidance Forum 2025” by coordinating attendance, facilitating activities, and providing logistical support, reflecting the spirit of cooperation and belonging within the team. This participation highlights the Deanship’s commitment to empowering students and developing their leadership and organizational skills.

‏The “Career Guidance Forum 2025” concluded with the participation of more than 858 students from King Khalid University and public education. The forum included 15 workshops organized by the Human Resources Development Fund, in addition to 5 accompanying exhibitions under the supervision of the Deanship of Student Affairs.

‏The “Career Guidance Forum 2025,” organized by King Khalid University represented by the Deanship of Student Affairs and in collaboration with the Human Resources Development Fund, continued its activities successfully. On the second day, four in-person workshops were held, with the participation of over 271 students from the university and public education, in addition to a wide turnout for the accompanying exhibitions.
