The Computer Science Club – Female Students at King Khalid University, in cooperation with the Student Affairs Agency for Female Students, organized the “Next Step” sports event on Sunday, February 8, 2026. Participating teams competed in a race that included solving a series of puzzles, with the first team to solve all puzzles and reach the finish line being honored, creating an interactive atmosphere that encourages teamwork and healthy competition.

The College of Culture and Arts Club – Female Students at King Khalid University, in cooperation with the Student Activities Agency, held the “Melody of Life” program on Sunday, February 8, 2026, aiming to train students in the basics of music and encourage their participation in artistic and musical activities that foster creativity and artistic appreciation.

The Central Science Ambassadors Club – Female Students at King Khalid University, in cooperation with the Deanship of Student Affairs, held the “An Inspiring Experience” program on Sunday, February 8, 2026, at the College of Science Theater, with 40 participants. The session, led by student Rahaf Mohammed, hosted Ms. Amal Abu Madini, who shared her career beginnings, challenges, and insights, while discussing the role of media in raising awareness, social media impact, and differences between journalists and influencers. The program concluded with an interactive discussion that enhanced the students’ professional and intellectual awareness.

The Law College Club – Male Section, in collaboration with the Student Activities Deanship, the Law College Club – Female Section, and the Applied College Club in Al-Mahala, held the “Advocacy Before Administrative Courts” program on Tuesday, February 10, 2026. The session was presented by Dr. Ali Al-Hajri, Dean of the Law College and supervisor of the university’s Legal Administration, aiming to raise students’ awareness of administrative judiciary. Around 60 students attended, and the program included practical guidance on court procedures and the fundamentals of advocacy before administrative courts.

The Nursing College Club in Muhayil Asir at King Khalid University, in collaboration with the Student Activities Deanship, held a “Nursing Leadership Development” workshop on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at the college theater. The event aimed to strengthen students’ leadership skills and connect practical experience with theoretical knowledge in line with Saudi Vision 2030. Club supervisor Dr. Al-Muaz Mohammed Idris opened the workshop, followed by student Khalid Dhafer Al-Saroor, who presented nursing leadership concepts, styles, and the leader’s role in improving the work environment. The session concluded with interactive activities supervised by the club, enhancing students’ practical and leadership skills.

The Thinking and Innovation Club at King Khalid University, in collaboration with the Student Affairs Deanship, held its first knowledge-oriented event on Sunday, February 8, 2026, titled “Ontology and Philosophy of Thought” at the Central Library, aiming to enhance philosophical awareness, critical thinking skills, and foster scientific dialogue among students. The event featured Professor of Philosophy Chair at the University, Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Qarni, who highlighted the role of the chair in supporting research, discussed major philosophical themes including existence, knowledge, values, and logic, emphasizing the flexibility of thought with his statement: “Philosophy is a mold influenced by what is placed in it.” The program concluded with an interactive discussion, where Dr. Al-Qarni answered students’ questions, providing an enriching academic experience for the 30 attendees and reflecting the club’s vision of enhancing the university’s intellectual environment.

The College of Science Club – Male Students Section at King Khalid University, in collaboration with the Mathematics Department and the Student Activities Deanship, organized a specialized development program on Sunday, February 8, 2026, under the theme “Mathematics Everywhere” in the college’s main lobby from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The event aimed to highlight the vital role of mathematics in modern life and sciences while raising students’ awareness of its practical applications. Dr. Yasser Al-Masry presented interactive sessions, engaging over sixty students from various departments, exploring mathematics’ role in medicine, economics, petroleum, science, technology, and everyday life through informative displays and interactive corners that fostered scientific engagement and deepened participants’ understanding.

The College of Education Club, in collaboration with the Student Activities Deanship, organized the “Outstanding Psychologist” competition to promote professional excellence and develop competencies in the psychological field. The event witnessed active participation from students, reflecting high-quality professional practices and strong interest in enhancing skills in counseling and psychological services. The program concluded with awards presented to the winners, recognizing their achievements and encouraging continued dedication and excellence in the field.

The College of Culture and Arts at Rijal Alma Club – male section, in collaboration with the Student Activities Agency, held the “Creating Together with the Pulse of the String” event on Sunday, February 8, 2026, to foster creativity and develop students’ artistic skills. The event featured theatrical and musical performances, with Mr. Mustafa Youssef presenting a theatrical scene illustrating music’s impact on theater, accompanied by interactive musical pieces by Dr. Anis Benkrim with students Hussam Asiri and Ziad Bjad, highlighting the integration of music and art. The program concluded with interactive discussions between students and faculty, promoting experience exchange and enhancing understanding of the event’s themes.

The Medical and Innovation Club – Female Students at King Khalid University, in cooperation with the Deanship of Student Affairs, organized a training program titled “Basic Suturing Skills” on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at the College of Medicine, aiming to enhance students’ practical surgical skills by linking theoretical knowledge with hands-on practice in a safe training environment. The program included lectures on surgical sterilization, instruments, suturing techniques, various knots, and practical applications such as simple, continuous, vertical and horizontal mattress sutures, subcuticular sutures, skin stapling, and suture removal, all supervised by a team of specialized doctors. The event featured active participation, a concluding discussion session, and recognition of the participating doctors for their contributions, providing students with a comprehensive and valuable learning experience.
