The Applied College Club in Dhahran Al-Janoub, in collaboration with the Vice Deanship of Student Affairs for Female Students, organized an event titled “Digital Accounting: From Entries to Reports” on Sunday, September 21, 2025. The event aimed to train students on modern digital accounting software, featuring a lecture on the differences between traditional and digital accounting, followed by a practical workshop on report preparation, providing students with hands-on experience to enhance their digital and accounting skills.

The Applied College Club in Al-Majardah, in collaboration with the Vice Deanship of Student Affairs for Female Students, organized an environmental event titled “Green Touch… Plant Today for Tomorrow” on Sunday, September 21, 2025, at the college campus from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The event aimed to raise environmental awareness and encourage students to adopt eco-friendly practices, through planting seedlings and flowers on campus, alongside an awareness session on the impact of green environments on quality of life and sustainability, with notable participation from Smart Agriculture program students.

The College of Nursing in Mahayel – Female Students Section organized the “Safe Care for Every Newborn and Child” event on Sunday, September 21, 2025, in celebration of World Patient Safety Day, in collaboration with the Vice Deanship of Student Affairs for Female Students. The event featured an opening speech for the students, followed by an awareness lecture delivered by Dr. Jihan Al-Nabawi, Assistant Professor of Pediatric Nursing, on the role of nursing in newborn care and the importance of the Apgar Score, alongside an interactive practical demonstration. The session concluded by emphasizing the critical importance of safe care from the earliest moments of life, enhancing both awareness and practical skills among the students.

The Exhibition and Conference Center in Al-Far’a hosted the “Water Sustainability” event on Sunday, September 21, 2025, organized by the College of Science Club in collaboration with the Vice Deanship of Student Affairs for Female Students and in partnership with the Central Scholarships Club and the Central Sustainability Club (Blue Initiative). The event aimed to enhance women’s role in raising awareness on water issues and to empower female students to contribute to a culture of water sustainability. 35 students from the College of Science participated, with approximately 400 attendees, fostering broad engagement and practical, impactful knowledge transfer.

The College of Science Theatre hosted the “Mathematics Solves Crime” event on Monday, September 22, 2025, in collaboration with the Vice Deanship of Student Affairs for Female Students. The event aimed to highlight the role of mathematics in real-life applications and its use in criminal investigations. It was attended by the college dean, department heads, administrative staff, and approximately 200 students and 25 participants, providing an interactive and intellectually enriching experience that demonstrated how mathematics can be applied to analyze evidence and understand criminal data.

The College of Sharia and Fundamentals Club (Female Section) organized the “Access Ladder” program on Sunday and Monday, September 21–22, 2025, aimed at introducing students to the fundamentals and methodology of Islamic sciences. The first day covered Principles of Fiqh and Aqeedah, while the second day focused on Quranic and Sunnah studies, presented by a distinguished faculty team emphasizing the importance of gradual learning to achieve mastery and comprehensive understanding.

The Central Scholarships Club for Female Students, in partnership with the College of Computer Science and the Vice Deanship of Student Affairs for Female Students, organized a training bootcamp entitled “Future Vision with AI” from September 14–18, 2025, with broad international participation and distinguished academic and administrative presence. The camp aimed to enhance students’ competencies in AI technologies and underscore the university’s role in empowering young talents and shaping the future in line with Saudi Vision 2030.

The Applied College Club in Muhayil, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs – Student Activities Agency, organized an event on Monday, September 22, 2025, corresponding to 30 Rabi’ al-Awwal 1447 AH, entitled “Artificial Intelligence: Insight into Technology and the Spark of Creativity.” The event aimed to highlight the impact of artificial intelligence in practical life and introduce key differences among its major engines, and was attended by over 100 students in the second-floor hall of Building A, reflecting the college’s commitment to enhancing technical knowledge and developing students’ skills in innovation and technological creativity.
