The Central Science Ambassadors Club, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs – Student Activities Agency, hosted on Sunday, September 28, 2025, a program titled “A Writer’s Journey”, featuring a writer to enrich the cultural and literary experience of female students. The program included an interactive session with questions and discussions from the students, followed by a hospitality break and an interactive segment where prizes in the form of books by participating writers were awarded. The event witnessed remarkable attendance and engagement, contributing to fostering dialogue and literary creativity while reinforcing the club’s role as a leading student platform.

The Deanship of Student Affairs at King Khalid University, represented by the Female Students Affairs Agency, organized a week-long program titled "Discovering Sporting Talents for New Students." The program included a series of competitive tournaments: badminton, chess, billiards and table tennis, e-sports and foosball, hockey and jackpot, and basketball. At the end of the program, the Director of Sports Activities, Hanan Al-Asiri, honored the winners of the top positions. She encouraged the students to continue participating in sports tournaments, improve their skills, and develop their talents.

The International Students Club at King Khalid University held the event “Saudi Arabia: An International Pulse” on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, highlighting the history of the First, Second, and Third Saudi States, the unification stages, and national symbols. The event included interactive competitions and awards that motivated students and saw notable participation from over 40 international students.

The Applied Medical Sciences College Club – Khamis Mushait, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs, organized the awareness program “First Aid in Traffic Accidents” on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at the college theater, attended by faculty members and students. The program included a lecture on the importance of rapid response and the role of first aid in saving lives, along with a practical demonstration by students on training mannequins to illustrate correct procedures and avoid common mistakes.
