The event welcomed over 100 participants from 30 Saudi universities, organized by the Saudi University Sports Federation, on the campus of King Khalid University.
Supported by the Deanship of Student Affairs, King Khalid University pharmacy students won first place in the Health Hackathon held during the Saudi Society of Clinical Pharmacy Conference in Riyadh from September 11 to 14, 2024. Students Saja Mohammed Al-Raddad Al-Asmari and Sarah Mansour Al-Assaf Al-Shahri earned the award for developing an AI-based application that uses innovative algorithms to enhance eye health for high-risk patients.
