The Applied College Club in Tanomah, in cooperation with the Deanship of Student Affairs Agency for Student Activities, organized on Monday, October 21, 2025, a program titled “The Role of Training and Development in Human Resources Management” targeting the college students. The program highlighted the importance of training as a key factor in enhancing employee performance within institutions aiming for growth and sustainability, emphasizing that training extends to improving efficiency, building capacities, and preparing for evolving challenges in the workplace. The session was attended by 45 students alongside several faculty members who contributed comments and advice, adding practical and academic value to the program.
