The International Students Club, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs Agency, organized on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, a training event titled “Global LinkedIn” in the General Administration Hall for International Students. The event aimed to introduce students to using the LinkedIn platform for building their professional identity, expanding networks, and accessing global employment opportunities. The session was attended by more than 45 students, who received practical guidance on creating a professional profile, communicating with employers, and tips for developing professional skills to increase employability. At the conclusion of the event, participants were thanked for their attendance, engagement, and commitment to benefiting from the program’s key topics.

The College of Education Club participated in the World Mental Health Day 2025 activities organized by the Deanship of Student Affairs under the theme “Access to Mental Health Services in Crises and Disasters”, on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, in the presence of His Excellency, the President of King Khalid University, distinguished guests, and the Mental Health Promotion Committee. This participation aimed to raise community awareness about the importance of mental health, highlighting the university’s role in supporting initiatives that contribute to building a conscious society capable of responding positively to crises and disasters, in an educational and community-driven experience that engaged all participants and reinforced the university’s leadership in promoting mental well-being.

The College of Sharia and Fundamentals of Religion Club, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs, organized an official visit to the Shura Council to reinforce organizational awareness, in the presence of His Excellency, the College Dean Dr. Mohammed bin Ali Al-Qarni. The students were introduced to the council’s structure and its organizational functions in an educational experience that enhanced their understanding of the legislative and organizational system in the Kingdom and linked academic knowledge with practical applications in official institutions.

The College of Science Club, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs Agency for Student Activities, organized on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, a specialized program entitled “Genetic Fingerprint” aimed at enhancing students’ understanding of the close relationship between genetic fingerprinting and forensic evidence. The program was attended by over 60 students from various disciplines, who explored practical applications and modern techniques in forensic science, providing an educational experience that developed students’ scientific and practical skills while linking academic knowledge with real-world practices.

The Law College Club, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs for Student Activities, organized on Sunday, October 26, 2025, a field visit to the General Court in Abha, led by the College Dean Dr. Ali bin Mohammed Al-Hajri and supervised by Dr. Ahmed Sati, the Club Supervisor. The delegation was welcomed by His Excellency, the President of the General Court, Sheikh Masoud bin Hamoud Al-Wathilah, during an introductory meeting that discussed the types of cases handled by the court and various judicial and legal systems in the Kingdom. The visit included a tour of the court’s facilities and departments and concluded with the court president honoring the college dean and club supervisor, followed by a group photo, in an interactive educational experience that enhanced students’ understanding of the judicial system and its practical applications.

The Central Sustainability Club, in partnership with the College of Culture and Arts Club – Rijal Alma’ and in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs Agency for Student Activities, organized the “Art & Heritage – A Sustainable Memory” event on Monday, October 27, 2025, aimed at promoting national heritage awareness and developing students’ artistic sensibilities by integrating cultural and artistic elements within a sustainable framework. The event included visits to the Rijal Heritage Village and Tleitleh Palace, with 20 students from various disciplines participating, who explored the region’s architectural and cultural heritage and its authentic artistic values in an interactive educational experience that reinforced knowledge of the area’s cultural and artistic legacy and highlighted the importance of its preservation and sustainability.

The Applied College Club – Mahayel, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs Agency for Student Activities, organized a cultural competition entitled “Treasure of Knowledge” on Sunday and Monday, October 26–27, 2025. The event aimed to encourage students to develop cultural knowledge alongside their specialized skills. The competition was held in Hall B\1\6 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on both days. Around 80 students from various college departments participated, and the Business Administration team was crowned as the “Most Knowledgeable Team,” in an engaging experience that fostered both competition and learning among students.

The Applied Medical Sciences College Club in Khamis Mushait organized on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, the “Choose It Right” program, featuring interactive booths designed to raise students’ awareness of nutrition and health. The event included an Eating Disorders Booth providing information on types of disorders and their treatment, a Food Safety Booth with an educational board and an interactive “True or False” game to teach healthy practices, and a Lunch Box Booth showcasing a variety of healthy foods, offering an educational experience that combined knowledge with practical application in an engaging and innovative manner.

The Applied College Club in Sarat Abidah, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs for Female Students, organized on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, an exhibition titled “Saudi AI”, aiming to raise awareness of artificial intelligence and highlight the Kingdom’s pioneering role in this field. The exhibition featured various sections covering the Kingdom’s AI strategies and applications in healthcare, alongside showcasing national projects and initiatives, providing an interactive educational experience that enhanced students’ understanding of modern technologies in societal development and supporting the national vision.

The Biology Department, in collaboration with the Science Club – Female Section, organized on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at the College of Science Theater, a program titled “Genome: The Key to Understanding and Improving Life”, aiming to introduce genomics and its applications in enhancing human health and sustaining ecological systems. The program covered diverse topics, including gene therapy and its applications, and the relationship between genomics and environmental sustainability, providing an educational scientific experience to raise students’ awareness of the importance of modern research and biotechnologies in supporting health and the environment.
