Creative Imprint Club Organizes 'Volunteer Tent' Program
The Creative Imprint Club at the Faculty of Home Economics, in collaboration with the Vice of the Deanship of Student Affairs for Female Students, organized the events of the International Day of Volunteering, including the "Volunteer Tent" program as part of the “Feena Khair” (We Carry Goodness) volunteer program.
The event took place on Tuesday, 9 / 7 / 1444H.
The tent served as a practical application of the previous workshop on volunteer work skills and included several volunteer initiatives, such as distributing various warm beverages, food, and pastries free of charge throughout the day to all faculty staff.
Additionally, gifts, accessories, and winter clothing items were distributed to the female students in the quad, accompanied by a competition to propose the best volunteer initiative, with distributions and gifts as rewards.
The tent's activities also included memory-enhancing games for the students and faculty staff.
The event was attended by 150 female students, 21 staff members, and a faculty member.
