The Ambassadors of Knowledge Club, in collaboration with the College of Science Club and the College of Computer Science Club, and in partnership with the Deanship of Student Affairs at King Khalid University, hosted the “Student Creativity Exhibition” on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 – 21 Jumada Al-Awwal 1447H, at the Central Library in Al-Farha at 10:00 AM. The exhibition included a workshop titled “Intellectual Property: From Idea to Protection” presented by Mr. Abdullah Dhafer Al-Asmari, covering the concept of intellectual property, patent requirements, characteristics, objectives, and the importance of protecting innovations and ideas. Following the workshop, students’ inventions and creative projects from various disciplines were showcased, engaging over 150 students from across the university. Attendees praised the high quality of organization, the excellence of the exhibition and workshop, and the pivotal role of the Ambassadors of Knowledge Club in fostering and supporting scientific innovation among students.

The Applied College Club in Sarat Ubaida organized the “Tech Journey” program on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs and STC – Asir Branch, targeting Information Systems students. The program was held at the company’s facilities, where 15 students explored the future of artificial intelligence and information technology, data center operations and system monitoring, STC’s key achievements and future plans aligned with Vision 2030 and digital transformation, as well as the latest telecommunications and AI technologies. Students engaged with company staff and gained valuable practical experience, connecting academic knowledge with professional practice, in an initiative that reflects King Khalid University’s commitment to enhancing applied learning and preparing students for the labor market.

The Applied College Club in Mu’ail Asir, in partnership with the Deanship of Student Affairs – Student Activities, hosted the Heritage Authority of Rijal Alma on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 (20 Jumada I 1447H), in the “Through Asir” event. The event focused on presenting practical models for tourism marketing mechanisms in the Asir region, targeting students of the Tourism Management and Business Administration programs, highlighting the integration of human and technical elements. The activity took place at the Rijal Alma Heritage Village from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with the participation of 20 students from the college.

The College of Culture and Arts Club at King Khalid University – Rijal Alma branch, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs – Student Activities, organized the “Youth Lens” event on Tuesday, 20/5/1447H, corresponding to November 11, 2025. The event aimed to develop students’ photography skills and highlight their creative talents through practical and training programs. Mr. Karam delivered a visual presentation covering photography fundamentals, followed by a practical session showcasing the latest photography tools and techniques. Several students presented outstanding photographic works, with student Rakan Al-Asiri awarded the Best Photo for his artistic and creative excellence. This initiative reflects the university’s ongoing efforts to support student activities and foster academic creativity.

The Central Sustainability Club at King Khalid University, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs, organized a lecture on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, titled “Science for Peace and Development”, presented by Dr. Fatima Ahmed Al-Saeed, Associate Professor at the College of Science, via Microsoft Teams at 7:00 PM. The lecture highlighted the role of science in promoting peace and sustainable development values, provided practical examples of how scientific research enhances community well-being, and emphasized the importance of balancing scientific progress with resource preservation. The event witnessed notable attendance from students and interested participants, with active engagement through questions and discussion.

The Sharia and Fundamentals of Religion College Club, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs – Student Activities, organized a podcast on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, titled “Sharia and Fundamentals of Religion in Saudi Vision 2030”, attended by approximately 60 students. The podcast featured the College Dean, Prof. Dr. Muhammad bin Ali Al-Qarni, who discussed the pivotal role of Sharia and Fundamentals of Religion in national development, the connection between the specialization and labor market requirements, and concluded by emphasizing the responsibilities of students in contributing to the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

The College of Education Club, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs, organized a program on Sunday, November 9, 2025, titled “Educational Foundations in Saudi Vision 2030”. The program aimed to raise students’ awareness of the importance of educational foundations and their role in advancing education and achieving the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, in addition to fostering national values and positive thinking. The program was presented by Prof. Khudran Abdullah Al-Suhaimi, who addressed educational themes linked to the national vision, highlighting the role of teachers, students, and educational institutions in achieving these objectives, and included a discussion of students’ questions and inquiries with active participation from over 60 attendees.

The Law College Club organized a seminar on Monday, November 10, 2025, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs – Student Activities, titled “Tax Systems in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: Legislation and Implementation”, presented by Dr. Mansour Al-Mershudi. The seminar covered the concept of Zakat, its objectives, conditions, and applicable categories, and in the second part, it addressed the definition of taxes, rules of imposition, types, and related disputes. The event aimed to enhance students’ understanding of the tax system and connect theoretical knowledge with practical application. The seminar was, Law College Building, attended by university students interested in legal and financial matters, demonstrating notable engagement and interest in the mechanisms of tax legislation and implementation in the Kingdom.

The College of Nursing in Khamis Mushait organized the event “Your Food, Your Medicine” on Thursday, November 6, 2025, in partnership with the College of Pharmacy Club and in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs – Student Activities. The event featured three specialized awareness stations covering vital signs assessment, healthy nutrition, and first aid, achieving notable engagement from the Deanship staff, students of both colleges, faculty members, and visitors, thereby enhancing participants’ health awareness and practical skills.

The Applied College Club in Muha’il, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs – Student Activities, organized its fourth specialized event titled “Administrative Digitization” on Sunday, November 9, 2025, corresponding to 18 Jumada I 1447 AH. The event aimed to highlight the role of digitization in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of management and project functions across various business organizations, emphasizing the high level of digitization in governmental administrative operations in the Kingdom. The event was held in the Modern Building Activities Hall 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with participation from over 60 students of various college disciplines, showcasing active engagement and interest in applying digital management concepts.
