The session emphasized the importance of digitization, marketing, and entrepreneurship in today’s business landscape. It explored the concept of digitization and its role in transforming paper-based data into digital formats for easier management, distinguishing it from digital transformation and enumeration while highlighting its benefits in enhancing efficiency and reducing costs. The discussion then shifted to marketing, covering its various types from traditional to digital, with a special focus on HubSpot as a powerful AI-driven marketing tool. The workshop concluded with insights into entrepreneurship, explaining its key types and essential skills such as creativity, time management, and negotiation, equipping participants with the knowledge needed to develop successful business ventures aligned with market demands.

As part of the “Ajawid 3” initiative, the Nursing College Club in Khamis Mushait (Female Section), in partnership with the Nursing College in Khamis Mushait (Male Section) and in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs – Female Student Affairs Section, organized the event “Ajawid Nursing: Between Science and Culture” on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at the Nursing College Theater in Khamis Mushait, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The event aimed to develop students’ practical skills and prepare them for the job market, offering a day filled with valuable experiences and achievements. Through interactive activities, the program bridged scientific knowledge and nursing culture, enhancing the readiness of future nursing professionals.

The Medical and Innovation Club at King Khalid University, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs – Female Student Affairs Section, organized an event titled “Fluid and Electrolyte Management” on Sunday, March 9, 2025, at Abha Private Theater, with an attendance of around 40 students. The event began at 9:00 PM and continued until 12:00 AM, focusing on the importance of fluid and electrolyte balance in the body and its vital role in maintaining overall health, engaging attendees in an informative and interactive session.

The College of Tourism and Hospitality Club (Female Section), in partnership with the College of Tourism and Hospitality Club (Male Section) and in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs for Female Students, organized the “In Ramadan’s Hospitality” event on Wednesday, 12th of Ramadan 1446 AH, at 6:20 PM in the College of Tourism and Hospitality Building. The event was part of the “Ajawid 3” Initiative, aiming to promote generosity and gratitude during the holy month of Ramadan. It was dedicated to providing an Iftar meal for the university’s security staff in recognition of their efforts in maintaining safety and order within the campus.

The Applied College Club in Al-Majardah, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs – Female Student Affairs Agency, organized a program titled “Ramadan and Artificial Intelligence” on Monday and Tuesday, March 10-11, 2025, from 10:30 PM to 11:30 PM, as part of the “Ajawid 3” initiative held during the holy month of Ramadan. The program aimed to explore the connection between modern technologies and Ramadan values, raising students’ awareness of the role of artificial intelligence in various fields within an engaging and insightful atmosphere.

The Applied College in Abha, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs – Female Student Affairs Agency, organized an educational program titled “Ramadan Joy” on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Al-Rawda Al-Thaniya in Abha, as part of the “Ajawid” initiative. The program featured interactive and awareness-raising activities aimed at instilling Islamic values and enhancing the spiritual essence of Ramadan among children in a joyful and engaging atmosphere.

As part of “Ajawid 3”, the Applied College Club in Khamis Mushait, in partnership with the Applied College Club in Abha and in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs – Female Student Affairs Agency, organized a religious competition titled “Race in the Realm of Faith” on Monday, March 10, 2025, at the college theater at 1:00 PM. The competition, presented by Dr. Mahasin Abdullah Shano, Assistant Professor at the college, featured 55 students competing in an engaging atmosphere through 18 diverse questions that tested their religious knowledge. The event concluded with the selection of four winners, reflecting a spirit of positive competition and contributing to the enhancement of religious awareness among students.

The College of Education Club, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs – Female Student Affairs Agency and under Ajawid 3, hosted “Ramadan Whispers” on Thursday, March 6, 2025, via Zoom. The session featured distinguished guests who shared inspiring reflections on Ramadan’s spiritual values, fostering a warm and engaging atmosphere among attendees.

On Thursday, March 6, 2025, the College of Architecture and Planning Club hosted the “Ajawid Engineering” event at Mujan Park, in celebration of the holy month of Ramadan. The exhibition offered a unique cultural experience, highlighting the role of architecture and planning in community development, along with showcasing the integration of engineering disciplines, the impact of artificial intelligence, and the future of urban development. The event also emphasized the significance of volunteer work in the field. The event was held in partnership with the College of Engineering Club (both branches), College of Business Club (female students’ branch), Artificial Intelligence Club, and Volunteer Work Club.
