The College of Business at King Khalid University, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs represented by the Student Care and Counseling Center, hosted on Wednesday, 3 December 2025, a seminar titled “Mental Health and Its Impact on Quality of Life.” The session focused on raising awareness of the importance of mental health, its direct influence on quality of life, and equipping students with strategies for psychological balance and practices that support mental well-being both on and off campus.
