The College of Languages and Translation Club, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs for Female Students, organized the “We Are with You” program on Tuesday, March 11, 2024, with a visit to Maak Daycare Center for People with Special Needs in Khamis Mushait, as part of Ajawid 3 during Ramadan. The initiative aimed to promote tolerance, generosity, and honesty, reinforcing humanitarian values in the community.

The Applied College Club in Rijal Almaa, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs for Female Students, the Community Service Committee, and Maak Family Development Association, organized the “Big Joy with Small Hands” event on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at Rijal Almaa Hospital as part of Ajawid 3. The event aimed to bring joy to patients, especially children, through gifts and flowers while fostering generosity and social cohesion.

As part of the “Ajawed 3” initiative, the Nursing College Club of Khamis Mushait (female section), in collaboration with the Nursing College of Khamis Mushait (male section), organized the event “Ajawed Nursing Between Science and Culture” on March 11, 2025 at the Nursing College Theater in Khamis Mushait. The program aimed at developing practical skills for students and preparing them for the job market. It combined medical sciences with community values and professional ethics. The event featured workshops and educational experiences focused on improving healthcare and enhancing the nursing profession’s status.

The Central Voluntary Work Club, in partnership with the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies (Male Section), and in collaboration with the Student Affairs Deanship for Student Activities, organized the First Ramadan Quranic Exhibition on Sunday, March 9, 2025. The exhibition was inaugurated by Dr. Saad bin Da’ajem, Vice President for Educational Affairs, and Dr. Ali Al-Qahtani, Dean of Student Affairs, with a significant attendance from visitors to the mall, who enjoyed the spiritually enriching atmosphere and a variety of activities aimed at raising Quranic awareness during the blessed month of Ramadan.

The Central Entrepreneurship Club, in collaboration with the Student Affairs Deanship, hosted a workshop titled “Digitization, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship” on March 9, 2025, presented by Ms. Shahad Al-Zahim. The session emphasized the importance of digitization, marketing, and entrepreneurship in today’s business landscape. It explored the concept of digitization and its role in transforming paper-based data into digital formats for easier management, distinguishing it from digital transformation and enumeration while highlighting its benefits in enhancing efficiency and reducing costs. The discussion then shifted to marketing, covering its various types from traditional to digital, with a special focus on HubSpot as a powerful AI-driven marketing tool. The workshop concluded with insights into entrepreneurship, explaining its key types and essential skills such as creativity, time management, and negotiation, equipping participants with the knowledge needed to develop successful business ventures aligned with market demands.

The Central Entrepreneurship Club, represented by the Student Affairs Deanship – Student Activities Agency, organized an interactive workshop titled “Digitization, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship” on Sunday, March 9, 2025, at 10:30 PM. The workshop aimed to equip participants with essential marketing insights in the field of entrepreneurship, providing them with advanced tools and strategic plans to achieve effective results in developing their entrepreneurial ventures, utilizing innovative digital strategies to enhance their market competitiveness.

As part of the “Ajawid 3” initiative, the Nursing College Club in Khamis Mushait (Female Section), in partnership with the Nursing College in Khamis Mushait (Male Section) and in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs – Female Student Affairs Section, organized the event “Ajawid Nursing: Between Science and Culture” on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at the Nursing College Theater in Khamis Mushait, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The event aimed to develop students’ practical skills and prepare them for the job market, offering a day filled with valuable experiences and achievements. Through interactive activities, the program bridged scientific knowledge and nursing culture, enhancing the readiness of future nursing professionals.

The Medical and Innovation Club at King Khalid University, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs – Female Student Affairs Section, organized an event titled “Fluid and Electrolyte Management” on Sunday, March 9, 2025, at Abha Private Theater, with an attendance of around 40 students. The event began at 9:00 PM and continued until 12:00 AM, focusing on the importance of fluid and electrolyte balance in the body and its vital role in maintaining overall health, engaging attendees in an informative and interactive session.

The College of Tourism and Hospitality Club (Female Section), in partnership with the College of Tourism and Hospitality Club (Male Section) and in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs for Female Students, organized the “In Ramadan’s Hospitality” event on Wednesday, 12th of Ramadan 1446 AH, at 6:20 PM in the College of Tourism and Hospitality Building. The event was part of the “Ajawid 3” Initiative, aiming to promote generosity and gratitude during the holy month of Ramadan. It was dedicated to providing an Iftar meal for the university’s security staff in recognition of their efforts in maintaining safety and order within the campus.

The Applied College Club in Al-Majardah, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs – Female Student Affairs Agency, organized a program titled “Ramadan and Artificial Intelligence” on Monday and Tuesday, March 10-11, 2025, from 10:30 PM to 11:30 PM, as part of the “Ajawid 3” initiative held during the holy month of Ramadan. The program aimed to explore the connection between modern technologies and Ramadan values, raising students’ awareness of the role of artificial intelligence in various fields within an engaging and insightful atmosphere.
