The Applied College in Mahayil, in partnership with the College of Engineering (Male and Female Sections) and in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs for Female Students, organized a program titled “Sustainability in Hosting the 2034 World Cup” on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at the College of Engineering Lobby in Al-Faraa, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The program explored sustainable solutions in agriculture, water management, technological and engineering innovation, with a focus on environmental innovations planned for the Asir region.

The College of Science and Arts in Khamis Mushait, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs for Female Students, organized the “Psychological Adjustment” program on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, in the college’s indoor courtyard. The program aims to raise awareness about the importance of psychological adjustment in university life and help students balance academic demands with personal well-being.

The Applied College in Khamis Mushait organized a voluntary awareness program for World Cancer Day, in partnership with the Daycare Center, in collaboration with Jor’at Ata’a Team and Sawad Watan Association, and with the support of the Deanship of Student Affairs for Female Students, on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at Lavanda Park, from 4:00 to 10:00 PM. The event featured an awareness exhibition aimed at raising cancer awareness, promoting early detection, and supporting patients and their families, while also fostering a spirit of volunteerism and community engagement.

The College of Engineering Club – Female Section, in partnership with the College of Engineering Club – Male Section and the Applied College in Muhayil, and in collaboration with the Student Affairs Agency, organized a program titled “Sustainability in Hosting the FIFA World Cup 2034” on Tuesday, February 4, 2025. The event highlighted sustainable construction technologies, including solar energy, eco-friendly materials, and energy and water storage solutions, linking them to the FIFA World Cup 2034 projects.

The College of Applied Medical Sciences Club in Khamis Mushait – Male Section, in collaboration with the College of Applied Medical Sciences Club – Female Section, and with the support of the Student Affairs Agency for Female Students at King Khalid University, organized a distinguished participation in the “World Cancer Day Exhibition.” The event took place on Tuesday, 5 Sha’ban 1446 AH, corresponding to February 4, 2025, at 6:00 PM at Lavanda Park.

The Applied College Club in Mahayel, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs for Female Students, the “Nadhra Tafawul” Daycare Center, and the “Sutooh Al-Amal” Center for People with Disabilities, organized a community-based program titled “Together We Rise with Determined Minds.” Held on Sunday, February 2, 2025, starting at 9:00 AM, the program aimed to create a space for empowerment and development, targeting mothers and staff while opening horizons for creativity and skill development for students with special needs. Over the course of two full days, the program included educational and training activities.

The Club of the College of Applied Medical Sciences for Female Students in Abha, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs for Female Students, organized an awareness event titled “Filtering Life: The Importance of Kidney Health” on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at 10:00 AM. The event aimed to raise awareness about the importance of maintaining kidney health, educate about potential kidney diseases, and provide information on prevention methods. The event targeted all members of the academic complex in Quregar.

The College of Languages and Translation Club, in collaboration with the Pages Club and the Deanship of Student Affairs for Female Students, participated in the “Book Fair” held on Monday, February 3, 2025, at the Central Library in Al-Far’aa. The program started at 10:00 AM and witnessed significant attendance and interaction from students, both male and female, as well as various visitors. This reflects their keen interest in benefiting from cultural and informational activities aimed at raising awareness and developing language skills.

The Computer Science College Club for Female Students, in partnership with the Pages Club and in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs for Female Students, organized the “Paperless Letters” booth at the Book Fair held at the Central Library at the University City in Al-Far’aa on Monday, February 3, 2025, at 10:00 AM. The “Paperless Letters” booth aims to revive the reading experience with a modern touch, where book pages merge with the magic of technology in an interactive atmosphere.

The College of Arts and Culture Club, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs for Female Students, organized the “Color Street” program on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at the college theater. The program aimed to improve color analysis skills among female students from all disciplines and help them develop a proper artistic perspective in color selection. It also aimed to support students’ talents and raise awareness about the importance of colors and their psychological and physiological effects on humans, as well as their connection to the world of arts and fashion.
