King Khalid University Students Win Medals at the Qatar International Taekwondo Championship

Students from King Khalid University participated as part of the Saudi Arabian Taekwondo National Team in the Qatar International Taekwondo Championship, organized by the Qatari Taekwondo, Judo, and Karate Federation at Lusail Hall, with 1,361 participants, including 1,021 athletes and 289 technical and administrative staff, representing 175 clubs and national federations from 48 countries, from November 14–17, 2025. The university’s students achieved remarkable results: Abdulrahman Al-Shahrani from the College of Business secured second place and a silver medal in the 54 kg category, while Mohammed Madawi from the College of Computer Science earned third place and a bronze medal. The Deanship of Student Affairs congratulates the winning students and wishes them continued success and future achievements.
