The College of Pharmacy Club, in collaboration with the Medicine & Innovation Club and the Deanship of Student Affairs, organized the “Urgent” community campaign on Thursday, 4 December 2025 at the Boulevard. The campaign focused on distinguishing between critical and non-critical cases, explaining the principles of proper assessment in emergency situations, and guiding participants on how to make correct decisions in critical moments. The event included interactive stations where students provided simplified demonstrations of first aid procedures, while also raising awareness among visitors about basic first aid concepts and the role of pharmacists and healthcare teams in supporting community safety.

Nazaha Club at King Khalid University Organizes Visit to Legal Department to Enhance Legal Awareness

As part of its commitment to enhancing students’ legal knowledge and developing their skills in regulatory and governance aspects, the Nazaha Club at King Khalid University conducted an official visit to the university’s Legal Department on Thursday, 4 December 2025.The students were welcomed by Mr. Hassan Mohammed Al-Obaid, who provided a comprehensive explanation of the department’s work, its procedures in handling cases and transactions, and the roles of its various sections in supporting university operations and ensuring compliance with regulations. During the visit, students observed the legal workflow from studying cases, drafting contracts, reviewing decisions, to follow-up and regulatory procedures, gaining deeper insight into the department’s role in promoting integrity and governance. At the conclusion, the students expressed their gratitude to Mr. Hassan for the warm reception and valuable information that enriched their experience and strengthened their legal awareness.

The Central Entrepreneurship Club at the Deanship of Student Affairs, King Khalid University, chaired by Dr. Mishaal Al-Qahtani, organized an “Investment Readiness” workshop delivered by Dr. Jubran Yahya Makhdi on Thursday, 4 December 2025 via Teams, with participation of over 45 students. The workshop aimed to raise awareness of the fundamentals of investment and entrepreneurship, covering investment concepts and types, and guiding how to develop an idea into a scalable project, including explaining the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) concept and the importance of a founding team. It also reviewed the investment channels available to students, pitching and persuasion skills, and included a segment on psychological risks and burnout in work environments and ways to build mental resilience. At the end, attendees received certificates, and an open session was held for questions and consultations for students.

The event presented concise scientific content delivered by students from nursing, anesthesia, public health, and psychology, offering clear explanations of lupus, its symptoms, prevention methods, and modern treatment approaches. The participation of several lupus patients added a human dimension to the program as they shared their inspiring stories. The event attracted more than 500 visitors, reflecting the impact of the university’s efforts in promoting health awareness within the community.
