The campaign featured specialized awareness booths covering hypertension and diabetes medications (types 1 and 2), topical and external-use drugs, and mental health medications, while addressing common medication errors during Ramadan, aiming to enhance health literacy and pharmaceutical awareness among the community and mall visitors.

The Science Ambassadors Central Club, affiliated with the Deanship of Student Affairs, organized on Tuesday, 17 February 2026, the program “With Our Hands, We Create Joy” at the Central Library in Qargir, aiming to promote social responsibility and instill the values of giving and volunteerism among students. The initiative involved preparing and packaging gifts for orphaned children supported by a charitable association, with participants collaborating in a team-oriented atmosphere, reinforcing compassion, solidarity, and a sustainable community impact.

The Mahail Applied College Club, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs Agency for Student Activities, organized the event “Financial Compass: Productive Investment and Sound Financing” on Tuesday, 17 February 2026, at Building (D) Hall at 10:00 a.m., targeting Accounting Program students, where the session reviewed key sources of investment financing with a focus on the investment environment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, mechanisms of prudent financing, and its role in supporting projects and enhancing financial sustainability, with the attendance and organization of nearly 100 students, reflecting the Club’s efforts to strengthen financial literacy and professional awareness while aligning academic outcomes with national economic requirements.

The College of Medicine Club, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs for Student Activities, organized the “White Coat Challenge” competition on Tuesday, 17 February 2026, aiming to foster academic competitiveness among students, assess their understanding of course materials, and prepare them for the standardized examinations of the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, concluding in a distinguished competitive atmosphere with the winning team receiving gold medals and a cash prize, while the second- and third-place teams were awarded silver and bronze medals, reflecting the Club’s commitment to strengthening academic excellence and enhancing students’ professional readiness.

The College of Arts and Humanities Club, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs Agency for Student Activities, organized on Sunday, 15/02/2026, an event titled “Minbar Al-Kalimah – Episode One: Rhetorical Reflections on the Verses of Fasting,” hosting Dr. Ali Al Nomah Al-Qahtani, Associate Professor in the Department of Arabic Language and Literature. The session addressed the rhetorical aspects of the fasting verses and explored their expressive and semantic dimensions through a structured academic approach. The event targeted students from various departments of the College, aiming to enhance rhetorical awareness and develop skills in reflecting upon Qur’anic meanings, thereby strengthening students’ scholarly and linguistic foundations.

The Deanship of Student Affairs, represented by the Student Care and Counseling Center at the College of Arts and Humanities – Female Campus, organized a program titled “My Responsibility, My Impact” on Sunday, 15 February 2026, as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen value-based awareness and promote a culture of responsibility within the university environment. The program aimed to cultivate students’ sense of individual responsibility and reinforce the values of initiative and commitment, contributing to the development of conscious personalities who recognize the impact of their decisions and actions and strive to create a positive and sustainable influence within their academic and social communities, in alignment with the University’s mission to support the holistic development of its students academically and ethically.

The King Khalid University futsal team, supervised by the Deanship of Student Affairs, reached the quarterfinals as the leader of Group Five in the tournament held at Jubail Industrial College, organized by the Saudi University Sports Federation, from 11 to 14 February 2026. The team continues to demonstrate competitive presence and excellence among the participating university teams.

Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Turki bin Talal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Governor of Asir Region and Chairman of its Development Authority, the Deanship of Student Affairs at King Khalid University won the Institutional Excellence Award in Digital Content during the ninth cycle of the university’s awards on Tuesday, 17 February 2026. This achievement reflects the deanship’s ongoing efforts to develop digital initiatives and enhance the quality of institutional content, contributing to improved communication and services for beneficiaries.

The Deanship of Student Affairs at King Khalid University, represented by the Student Care and Counseling Center at the College of Architecture and Planning – Women’s Section, organized on Tuesday, 17 February 2026, a program entitled “Project Presentation Skills for Committees.” The program aimed to develop students’ abilities to prepare and present their academic projects professionally before committees by enhancing self-confidence, organizing ideas, mastering communication and persuasion skills, and efficiently handling questions and feedback, contributing to higher-quality presentations and academic excellence.

The Deanship of Student Affairs at King Khalid University, represented by the Student Care and Counseling Center at the College of Languages and Translation – Women’s Section, organized on Monday, 16 February 2026, a guidance booth entitled “University Life with a Ramadan Spirit.” The booth aimed to raise students’ awareness on balancing university life with the atmosphere of Ramadan by managing time effectively, maintaining spirituality, and instilling positive values that contribute to achieving a balance between academic achievement and religious commitment.
