The Volunteer Work Club organized the Padel Championship on Monday, 8th July 1444H, at Abha's Padel Courts.

The championship witnessed enthusiastic participation from several competitors, creating a competitive and sportsmanlike atmosphere. This event was part of a series of interactive activities organized by the club for this semester, aimed at promoting interaction between participants and the club and activating the club's role in entertainment and community engagement.

The club concluded the championship by honoring the winners who achieved first place.

Wahaat Al'Ataa' Club at the Faculty of Science and Arts in Tanomah, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs for Female Students, organized a preventive program titled "Smoking Hazards" under the slogan "Don't let tobacco take your breath away." The program took place on Wednesday, 1st February 2023, at 10:00 AM, in the faculty theater.

The program was presented by Dr. Ghosoun Hassan, a therapeutic nutrition specialist at Tanomah General Hospital. Its goal was to raise awareness about the dangers of smoking and its risks to human health.

The program began with a presentation about the prohibition of smoking in the Quran, Sunnah, and the community's opinion of smokers. It also included several segments about the medical view on smoking, such as:

●    Definition of tobacco
●    Components of cigarettes
●    Health risks of smoking
●    Smoking cessation
●    Life after quitting smoking
●    Alternative channels for assistance
●    The program concluded with expressions of gratitude and the distribution of certificates to Dr. Ghosoun Hassan and the team working with her.

The Wahaat Al'Ataa' Club at the Faculty of Science and Arts in Tanomah, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs for Female Students, executed the Winter Clothing Project under the slogan "Warm Me Up," "How many in need are waiting for your generosity." The project took place on Wednesday, 1st February 2023, at 10:00 AM, at the headquarters of Al-Bir Charity in Tanomah, under the supervision of the Finance Department at the faculty.

The project aimed to provide heating supplies from the club to needy families, as well as to strengthen communication, compassion, and social solidarity. It also sought to meet the humanitarian needs of others, especially the poor and needy.

Each bag contained several crates with the following items:
Thick fur scarf and hat - Winter gloves - Warm socks - Winter jacket - Inner pajamas -Various baby essentials

The bags were handed over to Al-Bir Charity in Tanomah, which will be responsible for distributing them to the poor and needy. The program concluded with gratitude and appreciation to the charity and the Finance Department at the faculty.

The English Club at the Faculty of Languages and Translation - Female Section, in collaboration with the Digital Minds Club at the Faculty of Computer Science, and in coordination with the Deanship of Student Affairs for Female Students, organized a FIFA competition on Sunday, 7/14/1444H, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the theater of the Faculty of Languages and Translation.

Screens and PlayStation consoles were provided, and students from both faculties competed in FIFA matches in front of the audience and supporters. In each round, a student from the Faculty of Languages and Translation competed against a student from the Faculty of Computer Science. Points were awarded for each match, and the winners of each round were rewarded with tangible prizes.

A total of 12 students participated in the competition, and the event was attended by around 45 students and faculty members.

Enayaa Club, in collaboration with the College of Applied Medical Sciences - Dental Technology Department, organized an educational and awareness program on oral and dental cancer at Khabab Ibn Al-Aratt Elementary School on Wednesday, 7/17/1444H.

The program commenced with an informative speech, followed by a discussion with the students on proper oral hygiene practices. Subsequently, some students received dental check-ups from the specialists participating in the program. The event concluded with a group photograph.

The Dawa Club at the Faculty of Pharmacy, in collaboration with the Vice-Deanship of Student Affairs for Female Students, organized a "Bicycle Race" event on Monday,  15/7/1444H, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

The event took place at the sports field with the aim of promoting community participation in sports activities and encouraging cycling as a healthy lifestyle choice.

A total of 12 female participants, including professors and students from various faculties and fitness levels, took part in the event, experiencing a sense of community sportsmanship. This activity contributes to achieving the goals of Vision 2030 by increasing the number of people engaging in sports, improving the quality of life, and promoting healthier and more active lifestyles.

The sports field was equipped with a hospitality corner managed by "Rashfah Coffee" and a variety of fruit arrangements were prepared and distributed to the participants. Water was also provided to the participants. The bicycles were set up, and the participants were divided into four groups, with each group consisting of three participants, including pharmacy professors. A race was held for each group, and the winner of the first place in each group qualified for the final race.

It is worth noting that the final race included four participants, and in the end, prizes and medals were awarded to the top three winners. Approximately 50 female students and professors attended the event.

Ebda Club at the College of Applied Medical Sciences in Khamis Mushait, in partnership with the College of Education Club and the Voluntary Work Club, organized a program on career counseling and scientific research.

The program included enriching developmental lectures and various meetings, along with an exhibition showcasing scientific research and booths representing participating clubs. The activities aimed to raise awareness about mental health and the importance of volunteering in one's career path.

The program's schedule featured a lecture on mental health and professional prospects, delivered by Assistant Professor of Psychological Counseling, Dr. Jubran Yahya. This was followed by a lecture on preparing for the job market, covering topics such as resume writing and interview skills, presented by Mr. Mohammed Jabir Haroobi, a professional counselor from the Guidance and Counseling Center, in cooperation with the Human Resources Development Fund "Hadaf."

The program also included a specialized lecture on making the most of the internship year for health specialties, delivered by Mr. Majed Al-Ziyadi, a faculty member in the Anesthesia Department.

Furthermore, the event hosted an exhibition showcasing over 20 student research projects from both master's and bachelor's levels.
At the conclusion of the program, His Excellency the Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Dr. Mushayel Al-Olyani, and the Vice-Dean of the College of Applied Medical Sciences in Khamis Mushait for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, Dr. Mohammed Almoeid, on behalf of His Excellency the Dean of the College, honored the guests of the ceremony among the speakers and success partners.

Tuwaiq Club at the College of Applied Sciences in Muhayil, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs for Female Students, successfully concluded the second edition of its Rehabilitation Program for the Job Market on Monday, 15 / 7 / 1444H. The program ended with a lecture on the best smart applications delivered by Dr. Asmaa Abbas Hassan Al-Noor at 9 AM in the Training Hall at the College of Applied Sciences - Muhayil Branch.

The lecture emphasized the importance of electronic applications in our lives, which are continually expanding to provide services that facilitate daily functions for users in various areas such as service, transportation, culture, education, tourism, and more.

The objectives of the lecture were to raise awareness about the importance of smart applications in our lives and to introduce the most essential ones, and how to download, use, and benefit from them in various fields.

Dr. Asmaa covered the following topics during the lecture:

●    The most important applications in our daily lives.
●    Useful applications for studying.
●    Applications to protect your data.
●    Useful applications for children.
●    Islamic applications.
●    The best application for learning the English language.
The lecture concluded at around 11 AM and was attended by administrative staff, college members, and 44 female students from the college.

The Student Activities Club at the Faculty of Science and Arts in Dhahran Al-Janub participated in organizing a developmental course in collaboration with the Red Crescent Administration. The course was titled "Basic First Aid" and took place on Tuesday, 16 / 7 / 1444H, in the theater of the female students' section at the Dhahran Al-Janoub campus, from 10 am to 12 pm.

The course was presented by a specialized team from the Red Crescent Administration and aimed to empower the participants with basic first aid skills and acquaint them with the procedures for handling various emergency situations that require immediate and rapid response until medical personnel arrive. Training in first aid techniques is not only aimed at reducing the likelihood of complications or permanent disability for the injured but can also be a lifesaving measure.

The course covered boosting confidence in dealing with various situations and providing first aid for burns, fractures, bleeding, shortness of breath, heart attacks, and many other sudden injuries. This enhances the efficiency of the first aider and provides psychological and moral support to the injured.

The Creativity Imprint Club at the Faculty of Home Economics, in collaboration with the Vice of the Deanship of Student Affairs for Female Students, organized the "Bazarna Ghair" program to showcase products made by female students of the Faculty.

The program took place on Monday, 8 / 7 / 1444H, as part of the events celebrating the International Career Day.

The bazaar included the sale of candles made by student Rima Ibrahim, knitting products made by student Shahid Muhammed, accessories made by student Najoud Al-Qahtani, cakes made by student Raghad Ali, crochet products made by student Nadia Ibrahim, and some food items sold by student Khawla Muhammed. Additionally, there were beverages like tea and coffee, as well as cakes made by student Raghad Mohammed.

The event witnessed the participation of 215 female students, and the Creativity Imprint Club provided tables, tablecloths, and decorations for the participating students. Each student was responsible for selling her own products, and the event was accompanied by hospitality for the attending and participating students.
