The program aimed to raise awareness of the importance of early detection of breast cancer and educate participants about risk factors and preventive measures, in addition to promoting physical and mental health awareness among students and encouraging them to adopt a healthy lifestyle that helps prevent diseases.

The Deanship of Student Affairs at King Khalid University, represented by the Student Care and Counseling Center, organized a training program titled “Using Custom GPT in Course Design and Educational Processes”, held at the College of Nursing in Abha. The program aimed to introduce students to modern artificial intelligence technologies and highlight the role of Custom GPT tools in developing course materials and improving educational quality. It also explored ways to employ AI to enhance learning efficiency, foster creative thinking, and promote innovation in academic content development, aligning with the digital transformation goals in higher education.

The Deanship of Student Affairs at King Khalid University, represented by the Student Care and Counseling Center, organized an awareness program titled “Mental Health in the Educational Environment”, held at the Applied College in Khamis Mushait. The program aimed to raise awareness of the importance of mental health within academic settings and highlight its impact on academic performance and university life quality. It also sought to equip students with the knowledge and skills to cope positively with academic and life pressures, fostering a healthy and supportive learning environment that promotes psychological well-being and academic excellence.

The Media Club at King Khalid University, as part of the “Tamkeen Communication Camp 5,” organized a training course titled “Communication and Design Thinking,” delivered by Dr. Naif bin Mohammed Jabli, Director of the Design Thinking Center at the university. The course, held on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at the University Library, aimed to introduce students to the concept of design thinking and its role in enhancing communication skills and fostering creativity in solving communication-related challenges. The session witnessed active participation from media students and individuals interested in communication and creative thinking.

The College of Science Club at King Khalid University, in collaboration with the Student Affairs Deanship for Student Activities, organized a specialized program titled “Physics Without Limits” on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at the College of Science lobby. The program aimed to enhance students’ understanding of various physical phenomena and their real-world applications through interactive experiments and engaging educational demonstrations. The event drew notable participation from over 70 students who enthusiastically interacted with the scientific activities that highlighted the beauty of physics and its role in interpreting the world around us.

The College of Architecture and Planning Club – Female Students, in partnership with the Central Arts Club and supported by the Deanship of Student Affairs for Student Activities, organized the “Architecture & Art Moments” event on Sunday, 19/10/2025, at the University Museum of King Khalid University. The event aimed to highlight students’ creativity by blending architecture with art, showcasing works ranging from architectural designs to paintings and creative models, reflecting the diversity and innovation in their projects.

The College of Applied Medical Sciences Club in Abha – Female Students, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs – Female Students, organized the “Unique in My Way”October 22, 2025 event October 22, 2025. The event featured awareness and interactive corners addressing learning difficulties and stuttering, aiming to raise awareness of individual differences and encourage acceptance and support for every voice and expression style, fostering respect and understanding among students.

The College of Dentistry Club – Female Students, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs, organized the “Early Detection is Better” breast cancer awareness event on Monday, 20/10/2025. The event aimed to promote early detection culture and enhance health awareness among students. It featured awareness corners, interactive presentations, and sessions on risk factors and self-examination methods, providing practical and effective health education.

The College of Languages and Translation Club, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs – Female Students, organized the “Translator’s Touch” program on Wednesday, 22/10/2025. The program focused on the importance of artificial intelligence in developing the translation profession, highlighting the latest technologies that enhance translators’ efficiency and improve translation quality, thereby strengthening students’ skills in using advanced translation tools.
