‏The Applied Medical Sciences Club in Abha, both male and female sections, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs’ Student Activities Agency and in partnership with the University Hospital and Asir Health Cluster, organized the “World Voice Day” event on Wednesday evening, April 16, 2025, at Lavender Park Mall. The event was attended by the college’s vice dean, the director of the Medical Rehabilitation Department at Asir Health Cluster, and several faculty members. The event attracted over 200 visitors, who were introduced to the importance of voice health and ways to preserve it, along with receiving informative voice screenings.

‏The Applied Medical Sciences Club in Khamis Mushait – Male Section – at King Khalid University, in collaboration with the Student Activities Agency under the Deanship of Student Affairs, organized a student program titled “Noble Origins” on Thursday, April 17, 2025, at Pattaya Resort and Chalets. The program aimed to strengthen social bonds among students, promote core values, and provide an engaging environment that supports personal development and reinforces a sense of belonging to the university community, all within a setting that combined enjoyment with enrichment.

‏The Central Arts Club at King Khalid University organized the “Painting on Raw Materials” event on Thursday, April 17, 2025, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., at Al-Jouri Restaurant in Abha, as part of the student activity programs overseen by the Deanship of Student Affairs. The event featured notable student attendance and enthusiastic participation, as attendees enjoyed painting on pottery and learning about different raw materials and decorative techniques. The activity concluded with the presentation of souvenir gifts to participants, in a creative and artful atmosphere that harmonized with the venue’s aesthetic.

‏The Applied Medical Sciences Club in Mahayel Asir at King Khalid University organized a field activity titled “Inside the Operating Room,” in collaboration with Mahayel General Hospital, on Thursday, April 17, 2025. The event was part of the student activity programs aimed at enhancing applied learning and improving the competencies of health sciences students. The activity introduced students to the operating room environment and highlighted the vital roles of the medical team, especially anesthesia technologists, in equipment preparation, vital signs monitoring, and ensuring patient safety during all stages of anesthesia. The experience provided participants with valuable hands-on exposure that enriched their practical understanding of their field.

‏The College of Nursing Club in Khamis Mushait at King Khalid University organized the “Florence Nightingale Forum” on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at the college theater. The event was attended by faculty members, college leaders, and students, and was coordinated by the student activity group under the supervision of the Student Activities Unit and with support from the Deanship of Student Affairs. The forum aimed to highlight the legacy of the pioneer of modern nursing and strengthen professional identity through interactive booths focused on leadership in nursing and the profession’s role in achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, along with a touching video presentation and recognition of outstanding students in extracurricular activities.

‏The Central Entrepreneurship Club, represented by the Vice Deanship of Student Affairs for Student Activities, organized the “Pioneers Without Borders” Exhibition in collaboration with the E-Sports Club, the Artificial Intelligence Club, and the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Unit at the College of Computer Science. The exhibition welcomed 120 male and female students from various colleges at King Khalid University and featured broad participation from student innovators and project creators. Serving as a dynamic platform, the event showcased creative ideas, inventions, and entrepreneurial projects across diverse technical and innovative domains—highlighting the spirit of creativity and innovation while encouraging students to embrace entrepreneurial thinking and turn their ideas into tangible realities.

‏On Thursday, April 17, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., the Pages Reading Club organized an interactive session and a visit titled “Companionship and Joy: A Visit to the Central Library” as part of its cultural initiatives targeting members of King Khalid University. The event was attended by a number of students, female faculty members, and university staff, who shared an enjoyable experience filled with knowledge and meaningful engagement. The program included an informative tour introducing the Central Library’s services and resources, offering attendees valuable insights into its capabilities and its role in supporting academic and research activities within the university.

‏The College of Pharmacy at King Khalid University organized an introductory visit to Al-Ruwad Private Girls’ School in Abha on Tuesday, April 16, 2025, targeting third-year high school students. The visit aimed to introduce the students to the pharmacy field, its various areas, and its academic and professional future. The presentation included information on the importance of pharmacy in the healthcare field, the differences between pharmacists and other healthcare professions, available career paths after graduation, and shared experiences about studying at the college with tips for preparing for university.

‏The College of Science (Female Section) organized, in partnership with Al-Bustan Al-Awwal Food Packaging Factory, and in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs, a professional educational trip titled “Factory Technology and the Job Market” as part of the “Women in Science, Arts, and Technology in Asir” program. This event, held on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, allowed students to practically and scientifically explore the stages of food packaging using specialized machinery and equipment, while also training on food quality control and safety testing.
