The event began with an educational lecture emphasizing the importance of regular medical checkups and their role in early disease detection. It covered preventive strategies against cervical cancer, stressing the significance of early screening, and provided awareness about osteoporosis, its contributing risk factors, and practical preventive advice.

‏The Computer Science Club (Female Section), in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs, held the “3MP Tech Creativity Expo” on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, to showcase top graduation projects. Featured innovations included “Nabtaar” for soil analysis via drones, a gas leak detection system, and a real-time fainting detection system at Al-Masjid Al-Haram using YOLO. Students presented to a judging panel, highlighting creativity and technical excellence.

‏The Applied College Club in Sarat Abidah, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs (Female Campus), organized an interactive astronomy event titled “Cosmic Visions” on Tuesday, April 15, 2025. The event featured a virtual space journey, live telescope demonstrations, scientific videos, and creative activity booths, inspiring strong engagement from students and faculty.

‏The Applied College Club in Rijal Alma, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs (Female Campus), held an entrepreneurship event titled “How to Become an Entrepreneur” on Tuesday, April 15, 2025. The event featured a hands-on workshop and a student project exhibition. The top prize was awarded to “Ive Coffee” by Anqa Yahya, in a dynamic and engaging atmosphere.

‏The Applied College Club in Tanomah, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs (Female Campus), organized the “Made in Saudi” program on Monday, April 14, 2025. The event aimed to promote local industry and raise awareness of its importance in achieving Vision 2030 goals. It featured interactive student booths and showcases highlighting leading Saudi companies and innovative student contributions.

‏The Sciences and Arts Club for female students in Khamis Mushait, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs, organized a workshop titled “The Impact of Translation on Arabic Literature” on Thursday, April 17, 2025, via Zoom. Delivered by Dr. Asma Al-Madshoush, the session highlighted how translation has enriched Arabic literature and broadened its horizons through global literary exchange.

‏The Applied Medical Sciences Club in Khamis Mushait, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs, organized the “Karam Al-Urouma” program on Thursday, April 17, 2025, at Pattaya Resort. Inspired by Prince Turki bin Talal’s description of the people of Asir, the event featured engaging activities and dialogues to promote unity and national identity, concluding with participant recognition.

‏The Computer Club at the College of Computer Science, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs, organized the “Cyber Space Defenders” bootcamp from April 13–16, 2025, with 28 male and female participants. The camp focused on hands-on training with advanced tools like Wireshark and Splunk, culminating in a DDoS attack simulation that enhanced students’ practical skills in cyber incident response.

‏The Applied College in Mahayel organized the “Pioneering Digital Tourism” program on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, with 60 female students. The program included two main activities: the first, “Cybersecurity for Enhancing Digital Tourism,” where students presented innovative projects on countering cyberattacks, and the second, “Rhetorical Creativity in Digital Tourism Marketing,” where students produced marketing texts promoting digital tourism.
