The Scout Club at King Khalid University – Deanship of Student Affairs, participated in the Islamic World Scout Camp in Jakarta from September 9 to 15, 2025, as part of the Saudi delegation, under the supervision of the Arab Saudi Scout Association and with participation from many Islamic countries. The club was represented by a group of leaders and scouts who engaged in cultural programs, training sessions, and diverse scouting activities aimed at exchanging expertise, developing leadership and teamwork skills, and promoting values of tolerance and peace. The scouting delegation expressed pride in participating in this global event, which serves as a platform for cultural exchange and strengthening connections among participants.

The College of Engineering Club at King Khalid University, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs Agency for Student Activities, hosted the “Future Engineers” meeting on Tuesday, September 9, 2025. The event aimed to introduce students to the future of engineering disciplines and highlight available training and volunteer opportunities in engineering fields. The event concluded with an exhibition organized by the American Society of Engineers and several student organizations, in addition to a meeting with the college leadership, where the Dean, Vice Dean, and all department heads delivered guidance and advice to the students. The meeting was attended by over 300 students.

The Student Affairs Deanship for Female Students, in collaboration with the Tourism and Hospitality College Club, organized the Padel Championship on Sunday, 3/8/1446 AH. The event witnessed outstanding participation from female students who showed great enthusiasm in experiencing this unique sport. This initiative supports the Ministry of Sports' efforts to enhance quality of life, promote physical activity, and contribute to achieving Saudi Vision 2030 goals in health and sports.
 

The Student Affairs Deanship, represented by the Female Students Affairs Agency, organized the "Games and Challenge Festival" for female students of King Khalid University on Monday, 23/10/1446 AH. The event aimed to provide entertainment for students, allowing them to participate in small competitions and games that enable all students to engage, develop cognitive and physical abilities, improve motor coordination, and create opportunities for social interaction.

The Student Affairs Deanship, represented by the Female Students Affairs Agency, organized the "Football Activation Tournament" for female students of King Khalid University on Sunday, 22/10/1446 AH. The tournament aimed to provide an opportunity for beginner players to participate and compete, featuring teams joining for the first time amid enthusiastic support from the audience, who brought motivational banners. At the conclusion of the event, the Director of Sports Administration, Ms. Hanan Al-Asiri, honored the top-ranked teams and expressed gratitude for their participation.

The Student Affairs Deanship for Female Students, in collaboration with the Applied College in Abha, organized the "Electronic Games" program on Wednesday, February 5, 2025. This event provided female students the opportunity to showcase the games they had programmed. The exhibition was inaugurated by Dr. Munira Saeed Abu Hamama, the Executive Director of the Applied College, who toured the different sections, listening to the students' explanations of how the games were developed and how they function.
