The Deanship of Student Affairs at King Khalid University, represented by the Student Care and Counseling Center (Academic Guidance Unit), implemented a program titled “The Difference Between Intrinsic and Extrinsic Motivation and Its Impact on Academic Excellence” at the College of Culture and Arts and the Applied College in Rijal Alma. The program aimed to enhance students’ awareness of the role of intrinsic and extrinsic motivators in achieving academic excellence and develop adaptability and mental resilience skills to face academic challenges, contributing to improved academic performance and psychological and academic balance.
