The event included a guided tour of the resort’s sections, such as hotel rooms and villas, showcasing sustainable tourism principles and exceptional management practices. The students expressed their gratitude to the resort’s management for their hospitality and insights, contributing to the development of Saudi Arabia’s tourism sector.

The College of Engineering Club organized the “Engineering Drawing Competition” on Monday, December 2, 2024, at the Engineering Drawing Hall. The event featured a detailed explanation of engineering drawing fundamentals, followed by a competitive practical session where students developed creative designs. The event witnessed notable attendance and positive interaction, with participants praising its significance in enhancing their engineering skills and practical abilities.

The Applied Medical Sciences Club in Khamis Mushait organized an awareness program on the occasion of World AIDS Day on Sunday, December 1, 2024, at the college auditorium. The program aimed to raise awareness about the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and promote health education among students and the community. It included scientific lectures and awareness activities focusing on prevention methods, early testing, and psychological support for those affected.

The College of Engineering Club organized an event titled “Connecting Link,” presented by Dr. Dhafer Al-Qahtani, Head of the Training and Professional Development Unit, on Thursday, 1446/5/26 AH, at Nawa Café in Abha. The event focused on preparing students for the engineering job market by discussing essential skills, challenges, and opportunities. It was attended by 38 students and featured positive interaction. At the end, Dr. Dhafer was honored with a commemorative shield and a certificate of appreciation.

The Tourism and Hospitality College Club (Female Section), in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs, organized the “Qimam wa Shiyam” event on Wednesday, November 20, 2024. The event featured a competition for the best documentary about the Asir region, highlighting its cultural and touristic attractions. Participants showcased creative ideas, and the event concluded with an awards ceremony for the winners, achieving its goal of promoting Asir and enhancing students’ media skills.

The Tourism and Hospitality College Club (Female Section), in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs, organized the “Talent and Creativity” event on Wednesday, November 20, 2024. The event showcased student talents in various fields and concluded with honoring the winners.

The Nazaha Central Club, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs, presented the play “The Cyber Breach” on Wednesday, 25/5/1446 AH, at 10:30 AM on Theater No. (3) in the University City at Al-Faraa. The play dramatized a cybercrime case through a realistic courtroom trial, covering the stages of crime discovery, investigation, suspect interrogation, and final judgment. It aimed to highlight the impact of cybercrimes and emphasize integrity as a stronghold against breaches.

The Engineering College Club organized a field visit to Al-Raif Aluminum and Glass Factory on 25/5/1446 AH, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The visit offered students an opportunity to explore industrial processes, including a tour of production lines and a discussion with the factory’s engineers on key challenges and opportunities in the industry.

The Medical Innovation Club, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs and the Orthopedic Surgery Team, organized the “Basic Radiology Program” on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at Abha Private Theater. The event featured lectures by Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Dosari on radiology basics and chest X-ray interpretation, and Dr. Turki Al-Saqr on orthopedic X-ray analysis. It concluded with an interactive quiz, awarding prizes to the top participants, amidst remarkable engagement and participation.
