The “Ajawid Global Values” event for international students at King Khalid University was launched, organized by the Deanship of Student Affairs, represented by the Deanship’s Student Services Agency - Student Housing Department. The event includes a football championship and cultural programs, with the participation of students from 16 countries. The aim is to enhance cultural exchange and interaction among students from different nationalities, creating a distinctive educational environment based on shared global values.

As part of the 10th Sports Olympiad and the Ajawid 3 initiative, the Deanship of Student Affairs, represented by the Deanship’s Student Activities Agency, concluded the “Bowling” championship with the participation of several university students at Lavenda Park. At the end of the competition, the students who secured the top positions were crowned, amidst an atmosphere of excitement and sportsmanship. The winners were honored in recognition of their creativity and exceptional performance.

In celebration of World Walking Day on March 5, the Deanship of Student Affairs, represented by the Vice Deanship for Student Activities - Sports Activities Department, organized a special event featuring the inauguration of a dedicated walking track at the sports hall in Al-Faraa. This initiative aligns with the university’s commitment to promoting a culture of physical activity and a healthy lifestyle among students and staff. The newly introduced track serves as a valuable addition to the university’s sports facilities, providing an ideal environment for walking in accordance with modern standards.

The Deanship of Student Affairs, represented by the Vice Deanship for Female Student Affairs, in collaboration with the College of Education Club, organized the “Renewed Energies through Sports” event on Thursday, 5/5/1446H, aiming to enhance psychological and physical well-being through sports. The program included competitions in chess, table tennis, and self-defense training sessions.

The King Khalid University team, supported by the Deanship of Student Affairs represented by the Vice Deanship for Female Student Affairs, participated in a sports meet in Jeddah, featuring basketball and badminton, hosted by Jeddah International Community College on 23/7/1446H. The match ended with King Khalid University winning the basketball game, while Jeddah College won in badminton.

The Deanship of Student Affairs, represented by the Vice Deanship for Female Student Affairs, in collaboration with the College of Engineering Club, organized the “Sports Showdown” event. The highlight of the event was a football match between King Khalid University’s female team and the College of Engineering female students, culminating in the university team’s victory. The match concluded with an award ceremony for the players amid enthusiastic student support.

The Deanship of Student Affairs, represented by the Vice Deanship for Female Student Affairs, in collaboration with the College of Languages and Translation Club and the College of Computer Science Club, organized the “Sports Break” program on Wednesday, 6/4/1446 AH. The event featured a variety of exciting sports competitions, including badminton, table tennis, chess, and hockey, fostering enthusiasm and positive competition.

The Deanship of Student Affairs, represented by the Vice Deanship for Female Student Affairs, in cooperation with the College of Applied Medical Sciences and the College of Nursing, organized the “My Sports, My Happiness” program on Monday 3/13/1446 AH, with the attendance of a large number of female students from King Khalid University. The program discussed the benefits of exercising, the importance of drinking water, and the role of healthy food in promoting general health. It also included performing a set of exercises with trainer Amal Al-Shahrani.

King Khalid University’s Deanship of Student Affairs, represented by the Vice Deanship for Female Student Affairs, organized the Athletics Championship for Female Students with Disabilities on Tuesday, 24/5/1446 AH, at the Asir Club for People with Disabilities. The event began with Coach Ibtisam explaining the key rules of the selected competitions, which included shot put, discus throw, and javelin throw. The championship witnessed enthusiastic participation and support from students, culminating in the awarding of medals to the top winners.
