The Deanship of Student Affairs at King Khalid University, represented by the Student Care and Counseling Unit at the Applied College in Tanomah – Female Section, organised a program titled “Exam Anxiety” on Wednesday, 12 November 2025. The program aimed to help students understand the nature and causes of exam anxiety and provide them with effective strategies to manage it and reduce its negative effects, thereby enhancing self-confidence, improving academic performance, and creating a positive psychological environment that enables students to approach exams calmly and steadily.
