The Deanship of Student Affairs at King Khalid University, represented by the Student Care and Counseling Unit at the Applied College in Tanomah, organized a lecture titled “Collaboration and Teamwork,” delivered by Mr. Muhammad Riyadh Al-Islam and Dr. Al-Sadiq Hussein in the training hall. The lecture aimed to highlight the importance of teamwork in enhancing the academic work environment, improving effective communication skills among individuals, and reinforcing the concept of participation and coordination to achieve shared goals efficiently and professionally.

The Deanship of Student Affairs at King Khalid University, represented by the Student Care and Counseling Unit at the College of Arts and Humanities, organized an award ceremony on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, honoring outstanding students for the academic year 1446H across all college programs (Diploma – Bachelor – Master – Doctorate). The event was attended by the Dean, vice-deans, and department heads, recognizing students’ achievements and encouraging continued academic excellence, and included a group photo to document the occasion.

The Deanship of Student Affairs at King Khalid University, represented by the Student Care and Counseling Unit at the Applied College in Mahayel Asir – Male Section, organized a training course on Sunday, November 2, 2025, titled “Engineering the Academic and Professional Future of University Students.” The course aimed to introduce students to the concept of life and future engineering, emphasize the importance of balancing personal and professional aspects, and enable them to explore their interests and abilities to consciously and wisely determine their future paths, thereby building a clear vision of their goals and aspirations.

The Deanship of Student Affairs at King Khalid University, represented by the Student Care and Counseling Unit at the College of Sharia and Fundamentals of Religion, organized a training course on Sunday, November 2, 2025, titled “Self-Leadership and Personal Excellence,” delivered by Dr. Waleed Al-Waleedi. The course was part of the unit’s initiatives aimed at developing students’ scientific and intellectual skills. It focused on enhancing students’ self-awareness, identifying their strengths, improving decision-making and goal-setting abilities, and equipping them with effective skills that contribute to achieving excellence in both their academic and personal lives.

The Deanship of Student Affairs at King Khalid University, represented by the Student Care and Counseling Unit at the Applied College in Rijal Almaa – Female Section –, organized an awareness program on Monday, November 3, 2025, titled “The Wheel of Balanced Life.” The program aimed to raise students’ awareness of the importance of achieving balance among various aspects of life—personal, academic, social, and health-related—while identifying sources of stress and learning positive coping strategies, in addition to equipping them with skills that promote psychological well-being and enhance overall quality of life.

The Deanship of Student Affairs at King Khalid University, represented by the Student Care and Counseling Unit at the Applied College in Mahayel Asir – Female Section –, in cooperation with the Applied College Club and the Vice Deanship of Student Affairs for Female Students, organized an awareness program on Monday, November 3, 2025, titled “Healthy Shopping.” The program aimed to educate students on selecting healthy food products while shopping, understanding nutritional labels, and distinguishing between nutritious options and those high in sugar and fat, thereby promoting nutritional awareness and encouraging a healthy lifestyle that supports fitness and well-being.

The Deanship of Student Affairs at King Khalid University, represented by the Student Care and Counseling Unit at the College of Pharmacy – Female Section –, organized an awareness seminar on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, titled “Stress and Coping Strategies.” The seminar aimed to raise students’ awareness of psychological stress and its causes, highlight its effects on mental and physical health, and provide practical strategies for positive coping and effective stress management, thereby enhancing emotional balance and improving quality of life within the academic environment.
