College of Tourism and Hospitality Club: “The Identity of Nations in a Dish” Event

As part of enhancing the developmental competencies of students in the Culinary Arts Program at the College of Tourism and Hospitality, and increasing their awareness of the fundamentals of professional kitchens, the College of Tourism and Hospitality Club, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs (Female and Male Sections), organized the event titled “The Identity of Nations in a Dish”. The event took place on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the College of Tourism and Hospitality. It aimed to develop culinary techniques and deepen students’ understanding of cultural identity through cuisine.
