The College of Applied Medical Sciences Club in Khamis Mushait (male section), in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs, organized an awareness event titled Global Anesthesia Day (Myths & Facts) on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at Lavanda Park, attended by students and visitors from various disciplines. The event aimed to raise awareness about anesthesia, correct common misconceptions, and highlight the crucial role of medical staff in ensuring patient safety during medical and surgical procedures. It featured interactive awareness stations demonstrating anesthesia mechanisms and types, giving participants a close insight into the scientific and practical aspects of this vital specialty.
