The Deanship of Student Affairs at King Khalid University, represented by the Student Care and Counseling Center at the College of Applied Medical Sciences – Female Campus, organized on Tuesday, 3 February 2026, an event titled “Laboratory Specialist and Community Health,” as part of its efforts to promote health awareness and support applied education in the healthcare sector. The event aimed to highlight the role of medical laboratory specialists in enhancing community health, raise awareness of the importance of laboratory tests for disease prevention and early detection, and introduce students to the professional roles and responsibilities of laboratory specialists in the healthcare sector and community service.
