King Khalid University, represented by the Student Care and Counseling Center under the Deanship of Student Affairs, participated in World Mental Health Day activities by organizing a lecture titled “Mental Health and Its Impact on Quality of Life” at the Technical College in Ahad Rifidah. The lecture was presented by clinical psychologist Qabeel Jadia Al-Yazidi and guidance specialist Saeed Zwaifer Al-Fard and aimed to raise awareness of the importance of mental health, its role in improving quality of life, and highlighting the impact of psychological balance on academic and social performance.
