The Applied College Club in Sarat Abidah, in collaboration with the Student Care and Counseling Unit and the Vice Deanship of Student Affairs for Female Students, organized the “Mental Balance Exhibition” on Sunday, October 12, 2025, on the occasion of World Mental Health Day. The event aimed to raise awareness about the importance of mental health among students, providing practical tools and consultations to support psychological balance and manage academic and life pressures. The exhibition witnessed active participation from students who benefited from interactive programs and activities that reinforced the concepts of mental health and self-care.
