The Medicine and Creativity Club held an event titled “What You Show, We Treat” last Thursday in conjunction with World Mental Health Day at Rashid Mall. This event aimed to raise awareness about the importance of mental health and its vital role in the lives of individuals and communities.

The event saw a wide participation from visitors, where a range of essential guidelines and tips for maintaining mental health were provided, including relaxation techniques and managing daily stress. Valuable information was also shared on recognizing signs of psychological distress and ways to cope with them.

The initiative targeted various segments of the community, including students, families, and professionals, with interactive activities and workshops designed to stimulate discussions around mental health topics. Additionally, brochures and educational materials containing mental health tips were distributed, contributing to raising awareness and enhancing understanding of this important subject.

This event is part of the club’s ongoing efforts to support mental health in the community and to highlight the necessity of prioritizing mental well-being as an integral component of overall health.
