The College of Dentistry Club organized a practical activity titled “Check Yourself!” on Tuesday, December 2, 2025. The event aimed to educate students on how to perform self-examinations using a mirror and to explain warning signs such as gum bleeding, plaque, cavities, spots, color changes, and oral odor. The activity combined theoretical instruction with hands-on practice to enhance participants’ understanding and equip them with effective self-care and preventive skills.
