
College of Nursing Hosts “Body Language and Listening Dialogue” Event to Enhance Therapeutic Communication Skills
The College of Nursing organized on Monday, September 29, 2025, the event “Body Language and Listening Dialogue – Therapeutic Communication Skills with Patients,” attended by 50 students and several faculty members. The event aimed to develop students’ skills in therapeutic communication and highlight the importance of body language and effective listening as essential pillars for successful patient relationships. Dr. Safaa led the session, covering scientific and practical approaches to facial expressions, voice modulation, and body movements in communication, along with the importance of deep listening. The program also included practical scenarios in which students actively participated to gain hands-on experience and enhance the interactive aspect of the event.
