The Central Scout Club at the Deanship of Student Affairs organized a field visit to Abha International Airport on Monday, December 1, 2025, with the aim of introducing participants to the airport’s facilities, operational processes, passenger services, and safety and security procedures, in addition to exploring the logistical and administrative aspects that support efficient airport operations. This visit served as an educational and awareness-raising experience that enhances young people’s understanding of airport management and opens opportunities for volunteerism and involvement in community-oriented activities aligned with the values of scouting. The initiative highlights the importance of such visits in fostering national awareness, strengthening a sense of belonging, and encouraging scouts to engage actively in community programs that promote volunteer work and collaborative efforts.
