Applied College Club in Sarat Ubaidah Organizes Workshop on “The Psychology of the Digital Customer”

On Monday, February 16, 2026, the Applied College Club in Sarat Ubaidah at King Khalid University, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs – Women’s Section, organized a workshop entitled “The Psychology of the Digital Customer.” The workshop aimed to enhance students’ understanding of digital marketing concepts and online consumer behavior. It explored the concept of the digital customer and purchasing patterns, the psychological factors influencing buying decisions, the impact of design and trust-building on attracting and retaining customers, as well as effective persuasion strategies and customer journey analysis to advance marketing practices and improve performance across digital platforms and online stores.
